Ways To Care For Your Skin
Skincare is not magic- It's a routine. Skincare doesn't have to be expensive or complicated
It comes from good daily habits and understanding what your skin truly needs. Whether you have dry, oily, or combination skin, these tips help to maintain a naturally healthy glow.
I've made some changes in my routine that helped my skin feel softer and look fresher. If you want natural, healthy skin without stress, I have some tips that work for me.
💧 1. Drink More Water:
I used to take a little quantity of water and lot of soda but since I started drinking more water everyday, my skin looks less dry. Try taking 6-8 cups daily.
🚻 2. Wash My Face
I wash my face using a simple cleaner. https://www.instagram.com/reel/DBI480UOA56/?igsh=MWYzNTM3M2gzdzNobA==
And I avoid using harsh soaps because they make my skin feel tight.
🌞 3. Sunscreen
I apply Sunscreen even if I'm staying indoors. I wasn't a fan of it but it heps prevent sunburn and dark patches. Spf 30 and I apply it after moisturising.

🧽 4. Exfoliate
This helps dead skin and make my face glow more. I do it twice a week
♥️ 5. Moisturise
I thought my oily face didn't need aa cream but I was wrong. I use a moisturiser and it keeps my skin smooth without looking greasy.
🍓 6. Eat lot of Fruits
Fruits like watermelon and apply can make your skin brighter.
😴 7. Sleep
Try to sleep 7-8 hours when you can. It helps a lot.
🤲 7. Avoid Touching Your Face Anyhow
This one was very hard for me, but I try to keep my hands away from my face. Touching it too much used to give me pimples, especially when my hands are not clean.
🥰 Finally:
These small things helped me take better care of my skin. You don’t really need to do everything at once — just start small and stay consistent.
📣 What About You?
Do you do any of these already? Or do you have your own skincare tip? I’d love to learn from you too!
