How I started loving myself
I used to think it was about looking good or doing makeup. Loving myself means accepting who I am and taking care of my peace, one day at a time.



🌱 1. Stop Comparing Yourself to Others

There was a time I felt like I was behind everyone. Now, I remind myself that everyone’s life is different.  Focus on your own path and celebrate your small wins.



🧘🏽 2. Protect Your Peace

If something feels heavy, maybe a toxic friend, too much noise, or bad energy online, you give yourself space. Your peace is more important than trying to please people.



🗣️ 3. You Watch How You Talk to Yourself

People say negative things to themselves without even noticing. Now I try to speak kindly, like: "I’m trying my best," "It’s okay to rest," or "I don’t have to be perfect." It helps a lot.



💭 4. You Enjoy Your Own Time

People always look for company to feel okay. Enjoy spending time alone — listening to music, thinking, journaling, or just being still. It feels peaceful.



🎉 5. You Celebrate Yourself More

Even if you just completed a small task or stayed away from drama, You tell yourself “well done.” I deserve it. Self-love is about clapping for yourself too, not just others.

You are still learning. Some days are hard, but try. And that alone is enough. Take it one step at a time. You’re not alone.
